Solutions Architect (EST or PST hours)

What you'll do - Own the technical design and delivery of customer implementations and migrations, from kickoff through production cutover - Lead deployment scaling work, including capacity planning, rollout sequencing, and verification methodology - Design solutions that fit each customer's existing stack, constraints, and operational shape - Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives on customer-side change management, including readiness, stakeholder alignment, and rollout communication - Develop reusable implementation patterns, reference architectures, and deployment playbooks that the broader AppEng team and customers can reuse - Create automation and self-service tooling that compresses time-to-value for repeatable implementation work - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and influence the roadmap based on patterns observed in active deployments …
