ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring Enterprise Solutions Engineers to own the technical relationship and drive revenue with our largest customers across the Eastern US — from first discovery through pilot, expansion, and ongoing success. This is a strategic role that goes well beyond running demos. You'll own the technical thread for customer engagements from initial evaluation though customer growth and expansion. Solutions Engineers at Factory help customers understand our platform and map customer objectives with platform capabilities, architecting solutions inside real dev environments and managing hands-on evaluations with some of the largest software teams in the world. We are a revenue-focused team of customer champions, always looking for ways to help the customer and accelerate growth.
