What you will do The Strategic Pursuits Customer Engineer (CE) is a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to a focused portfolio of Cloudflare’s most important accounts. You will work alongside account teams and senior customer stakeholders to understand each organization’s business priorities, technology landscape, and long-term transformation agenda—and translate them into measurable outcomes with Cloudflare. This role combines deep technical credibility with strategic account leadership. You will shape multi-year technical strategy, connect Cloudflare’s platform capabilities to enterprise-wide initiatives, and orchestrate the right Cloudflare resources across sales, product, support, services, and leadership.
