What you will do as a Digital Customer Engineer The Digital Customer Engineer (DCE) is a trusted technical advisor and a core contributor to Cloudflare’s technical go-to-market strategy. Working as part of a pooled team, you will support Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Digital Native Business (DNB) customers across the complete customer lifecycle - from initial technical discovery and validation through onboarding, adoption. You will bridge technical strategy and business value by helping customers design fit-for-purpose Cloudflare architectures, realize measurable outcomes, and confidently expand their use of the Cloudflare platform.
