Presales Architect

Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Partner with enterprise sales executives to lead technical discovery sessions, understanding complex business requirements and translating them into comprehensive Twilio solutions. Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient communication workflows using Twilio's suite of APIs (SMS, Voice, Video, Flex, etc.) tailored to client-specific use cases. Develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, custom prototypes, and proofs-of-concept (POCs) that clearly articulate the business value of the Twilio platform. Mitigate technical risks and overcome objections during the sales cycle by providing authoritative guidance on security, compliance, integration patterns, and architectural best practices.
