WHAT YOU'LL DO - Help customers meet their technology and business requirements using Redis products, solutions, and services, including AI-focused use cases like vector search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and semantic caching. - Understand, quantify, and verify the business needs of customers and their specific use cases, from traditional database workloads to emerging AI architectures. - Work closely with customers' technical teams (architects, developers, PMOs, and C-level stakeholders) to ensure the success of every POC and pilot. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop account strategies and identify new opportunities, both in new accounts and existing ones. - Present Redis, its capabilities, and its role in modern AI infrastructure in a professional and compelling way that helps customers see the business impact and competitive advantage of the Redis platform. …
