Responsibilities: Architect People Solutions and Bridge Business-Technology Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between People stakeholders and engineering teams, translating both global and localized business needs into clear technical requirements taking an AI-Native approach and validating that delivered solutions meet business objectives. Maintain deep expertise in both People domain knowledge (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Employee Experience) and the technical systems that support it (Workday, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, and various boundary applications), enabling effective communication across both audiences.
