WHAT YOU'LL DO Build and maintain the shared systems the field deploys into: demo automation, agent and MCP skill packages, workflow plugins, and the discoverable asset repository — built once, centrally, and reused Turn field signal into a build backlog: define what we need to know from the SolCon org, instrument how it's collected, and translate it into prioritized work with a named metric attached Produce insight, not reporting, what happened, why it happened, and what changed as a result. Own a recurring readout to SolCon and sales leadership across regions Reconcile what different regional teams already measure, and surface the patterns they aren't looking at, without dictating their metrics Go find friction qualitatively: talk to SolCons, AEs, and regional leaders about how deals & their own processes actually run, and map how each specialist function supports the deal cycle …
